This colorful hooked rug measures 16 1/2' high by 27" long. The rug features the words "anything you can imagine is real" a wonderful reminder of the power of the mind. I was inspired by calligraphy texts and vintage sign painter's methods of capturing an idea in the way they painted words. The background is a combination of cut wool in black and dark charcoal for interest. The words are all 100% wool yarn and fabric combinations. The edges have been finished with twill tape that is meticulously hand stitched on both sides.
